Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Mountain Painting does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation. In no event will Mountain Painting's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of PA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in PA.
